Essential Settings

These Settings must be properly configured to keep iKeyMonitor working.

1. Setting > Battery > Three dots Icon > Battery optimisation > Internet Service > Do not optimise
   Set to “ON”

   

2. Setting > Battery > Battery saver
   Set to “OFF”

   

3. Setting > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > All apps > Internet Service > battery usage > background activity
   Set to “ON”

   

Other Settings

No need to change these Settings by default. But they will affect iKeyMonitor functions if changed by user.

1. Setting > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > All apps > Internet Service > Data usage > Background data & Unrestricted data usage
   Set to “ON”

   

2. Setting > Apps & notifications > See all XX apps > All apps > Internet Service > Permissions
   Set to “ON”
